Janine and her Medina team did a remarkable job designing and managing a long-overdue remodel of our offices. They were somehow able to have all the work done outside of business hours – we would show up to find entire walls gone and not a thing out of place in the work space. Janine personally coordinated all of the many technology changes, so that I didn’t have to do anything and our business was never disrupted. They reorganized our network cabling, handled the re-installation of computers and phones and her suggestion of dual monitor arms and standing desks have changed the way we all work. She made what I expected to be a very painful process extremely easy.
